Information we collect
Website usage (only with your consent)
If you click "Accept" on our cookie banner, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this website. Google Analytics collects information such as the pages you view, how long you stay, the type of device and browser you use, your approximate location (country or city, derived from your IP address) and how you arrived at the site. We do not use this information to identify you personally, and we have switched off Google's optional data-sharing settings and advertising features. If you click "Decline", Google Analytics is not loaded and no analytics cookies are set.
Information you send us
If you contact us by email or by any other means, we will receive the information you choose to provide, such as your name, organisation, contact details and the content of your message.
The private access form
The "Private Access" form on our home page does not currently send or store any information. Anything typed into it stays in your browser and is cleared when you submit it.

Some of these providers process information outside the UK, including in the United States. Where this happens, the transfer is protected by appropriate safeguards recognised under UK data protection law, such as the UK–US data bridge or the UK International Data Transfer Addendum to the EU standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
Google Analytics data is kept for up to 14 months before being automatically deleted. Enquiries and business correspondence are kept for as long as needed for the purpose they were received and for any related legal, accounting or reporting requirements, normally no longer than six years after our last contact.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to request access to your personal information, and to ask us to correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or transfer it to you or another organisation. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us using the details above. We will respond within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. We would, however, appreciate the chance to address your concerns first.
